11.3 Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS OR (B) $100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting disputes@llocal.net.

13.2 Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Nigeria in accordance with the rules of Nigeria Supreme Court.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13.4 Judicial Forum

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 Primary Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nigeria.

14.3 International Users

The Services are controlled and operated from our facilities in Nigeria. We make no representations that the Services are appropriate or available for use in other locations.

15. Legal Compliance

15.1 Export Control

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.

15.2 Sanctions Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to a Nigerian Government embargo, or that has been designated by the Nigerian Government as a "terrorist supporting" country.

15.3 Regional Compliance

We comply with regional regulations including:

• CCPA/CPRA for California residents
• Other applicable regional data protection laws

16. Miscellaneous Provisions
